My Desk : At Work

Everyone seems to post a picture of their desk at some point... I guess I'll join in.

This is my desk at work. There's a ton of stuff in my cubicle off-camera which you cant see at this angle, a light table, slot machine, book shelf, TV, PS2, etc. I'll post shots of the rest later...

1. Window view with blinds open. The summer sun in Vegas is brutal and shines directly in towards the late afternoon... good thing I'm usually home by then

2. Apple display. Best monitor I've had to date!

3. Dell display. I use this as my palette monitor and for the version of WinXP I run via Parallels [link] , our IT dept hates Macs so we are required to have XP for email and proprietary software.

4. Fan... luckily I sit under an AC vent, I dont use this too often.

5. I love toys!

6. Deck of cards I was using as a reference for a game design.

7. One of my wife's tracking devices. The last four digits are 1337 which means leet, short for elite in computer lingo

8. Headphones. I always have people at my desk so I rarely get to put these on, but I have the Sirius 80's channel blasting through them for ambiance.

9. Large Wacom tablet. Its so large I can share half of it with other artists

10. Retractable sketch table. Comes in handy when I have an idea I want to sketch out before I forget it... I'm also too lazy to slide over to my light table so this works wonders.

11. Insanely powerful Mac. This machine has more balls than "Wipeout". Best computer I've ever used, hands down.
